Help Signing In

Please use the “Forgot User ID” and “Forgot Password” links on the homepage. Remember, your user ID is the email address that you used when you enrolled.

If you are locked out of your account because you reached the maximum number of tries allowed for your user credentials, then you need to wait for 1 hour before trying again. You may also be locked out from access in cases where fraudulent activities are observed.

We’re always trying to keep things fresh for you, and sometimes that means switching things up. If you’re really missing one of your favorites, please call your local Buffalo Wild Wings or ask your server for a suggestion. They will be able to tell you what similar items may be available.

We can’t give away all our secrets! Don’t get us wrong, we are flattered. But you’ll need to go to a Buffalo Wild Wings to get the taste you’re craving. In participating markets, you can buy a bottle of one of our sauces and bring that flavor home.

Because some chickens are larger than others. If you really feel like you got the short end of the chicken, please let a manager know and we’ll make it right.

The good news is our wings are delicious reheated. Just follow the below instructions for the best results. Reheat your pre-cooked Buffalo Wild Wings traditional or boneless wings to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 177°C.
  2. Remove wings from container and place on baking pan.
  3. Cooking times vary by oven and the number of wings being reheated at one time. Always ensure that reheated wings reach an internal temperature of 177°C.
  4. Serve immediately. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

 

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove wings from container.
  2. Place wings on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Place microwave-safe plate in center of microwave.
  4. Reheating times vary by microwave and the number of wings being reheated at one time. Always ensure that reheated wings reach an internal temperature of 177°C.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute then serve. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

 

To enhance the flavor of your wings, we recommend purchasing a bottle of your favorite sauce.

ADDING THE SAUCE (if separate):

  1. Pour sauce into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add reheated wings to sauce and toss until well coated.
  3. Remove wings from bowl with tongs.
  4. Place on a serving plate and enjoy.
